Kindness Week (6th - 10th February 2017)

The Chairperson and Secretary of the School Council took the whole school assembly on Monday, to launch the start of Kindness Week. With the aid of a power point, they spoke, amongst other things, about how important being kind is to one another and how acts of kindness done to others or received can make you feel happy. They asked that children be encouraged by the campaign this week to be kind to others - remembering to treat it as the beginning of their renewed kindness to others. On Friday, in Celebration Assembly, children will be encouraged to say if they gave acts of kindness or received them from others in the school community.

The School Council hope that the raised awareness to kindness will prove very successful.
